Thank you for shopping at Zentric Energy Network. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

• Condition: The product must be uninstalled, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

• Packaging: All parts, pieces, and documentation must be properly reinstalled and secured in the original packaging.

• Receipt: The package must be received back by Zentric Energy undamaged.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 7-15 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

• Non-Refundable: Please note that the initial shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable.

• Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

• Liability: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for items damaged during return transit.
